SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF ENROLLMENT 
Reiki I & II In-Person Training – Lee Nolan-Lönn (Skriv in English AB)

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they mean:
Course: The in-person Reiki I and Reiki II training delivered over two consecutive days as described at the time of purchase.
Services: The teaching, attunements/placements, practice sessions, materials, and support included in the Course.
Order: Your registration and payment for the Course.
Student / You: The person enrolling in the Course.
I / Me / My / The Teacher / The Company: Lee Nolan-Lönn, somatic healer, energy coach, and Reiki teacher (company: Skriv in English AB).
Event Outside My Control: Defined in clause 11.

1.2 “Writing” includes email.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 By placing an Order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

2.2 The contract becomes binding when I confirm your place in writing after receiving payment.

2.3 If I cannot accept your Order, I will notify you and refund any payment made.

3. COURSE STRUCTURE & DELIVERY
3.1 The Course runs in person over two consecutive days, Reiki I on day one and Reiki II on day two, typically 09:30–18:00 both days.

3.2 Teaching follows:the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) manuals and guidelines,the ICRT standards of practice and code of ethics,the Förenade Reikiförbundet i Sverige recommendations for Reiki I and II.

3.3 The Course includes:
ICRT manual Reiki: The Healing Touch (English)
Diploma (Reiki I & II)
Reiki Pedigree Chart
Fika (you bring your own lunch; kitchen access provided)

3.4 Minimum teaching time complies with Swedish Reikiförbundet requirements (Reiki I: min. 8 hrs, Reiki II: min. 8 hrs).

3.5 During the two days there will be:
lecture,
discussion,
demonstration,
guided meditations,
attunements/placements,
practice time (self-treatment, full treatment, intuitive work, and distance healing),
Q&A.

4. ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATION
4.1 To receive certification, you must:
attend all hours of the Course on both days,
be able to draw the Reiki II symbols (a copy of the three symbols will be emailed to you when you sign up so that you can practice)
complete all attunements/placements,
participate in practice sessions.

4.2 Students arriving late or missing significant time may have certification withheld at my discretion. No refund will be given.

4.3 If you cannot complete the Course due to illness, you may transfer once to a later course (see clause 9).

5. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES & BEHAVIOUR
5.1 You agree to behave respectfully, kindly, and cooperatively toward all participants.

5.2 You must follow all safety and ethical instructions provided, including:
no touching of the breasts or genital area,
no asking anyone to disrobe,
no sexual jokes, comments, or innuendo,
no discrimination, harassment, or intimidation,
no drugs or alcohol during the Course or breaks.

5.3 You are responsible for informing me before the Course if you have any allergies, or any physical or psychological condition that may impact participation.

5.4 I reserve the right to immediately remove any student engaging in unsafe, unethical, or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be provided.

6. REIKI SCOPE, LIMITATIONS & STUDENT UNDERSTANDING
6.1 You understand that:Reiki does not diagnose, prevent, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Reiki is a complementary practice and not a replacement for licensed healthcare.

6.2 I will not:
diagnose medical or psychological conditions,
prescribe or advise on medication,
suggest altering or discontinuing prescribed treatment.

6.3 If a student or client has a medical or psychological condition, I may suggest they consult a licensed healthcare provider in addition to Reiki.

7. MATERIALS, COPYRIGHT & RECORDINGS
7.1 You will receive one ICRT manual as required by the ICRT.

7.2 All manuals, handouts, slides, audio, written content, and materials shared during the Course remain the intellectual property of their creators (ICRT, RMA, Skriv in English AB).

7.3 You may not:
reproduce, copy, publish, upload, share, sell, or distribute Course materials,
teach from the materials without proper training and licensing.

7.4 No video recording is permitted without my explicit written permission. Photos may be taken only if the other participants consent.

8. COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
8.1 I am available for reasonable questions after the Course. This is part of the Reikiförbundet and ICRT guidelines.

8.2 I aim to respond to emails within normal weekday working hours.

9. FEES, REFUNDS & STUDENT CANCELLATION
9.1 The Course fee is due in full at the time of booking.

9.2 All payments are non-refundable. This includes illness, change of plans, travel disruptions, or any other reason.

9.3 If you become sick and cannot attend:you may transfer once to a future Course free of charge, provided you notify me before the Course begins.

9.4 If you do not attend and do not notify me, you forfeit your place and fee.

10. IF I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
10.1 If I am ill or an Event Outside My Control prevents the Course from running:
I will notify you as soon as possible, and
offer a new date that reasonably suits all enrolled students.

10.2 No refunds are given unless I choose to cancel the Course permanently.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE MY CONTROL
11.1 An Event Outside My Control may include:
illness,
severe weather,
venue issues,
strikes,
transport disruption,
power failure,
room damage,
public health restrictions,
or other circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

11.2 If such an event occurs:
obligations are paused for its duration,
I will reschedule the Course as soon as reasonably possible,
I will keep you updated in writing.

11.3 You may not request a refund due to such events unless I cancel the Course entirely.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
12.1 All personal information shared during the Course (stories, questions, experiences) must be treated confidentially by all participants.

12.2 I will not share your personal information with third parties without your written consent, except where required for legal or safeguarding reasons.

13. PROFESSIONAL & REIKI ETHICS
13.1 I commit to:
creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment,
acting with integrity, honesty, and professionalism,
honouring all Reiki practitioners and lineages,
continuing my personal and professional development,
following the Usui Ideals, the ICRT Code of Ethics and philosophy, and the Förenade Reikiförbundet i Sverige’s ethics. 

13.2 You agree to uphold these principles while participating in the Course.

14. LIABILITY
14.1 I will deliver the Course with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.

14.2 I do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes.

14.3 My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

14.4 I am not liable for:
travel,
accommodation, or other incidental expenses,
indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.

14.5 Nothing limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes will be resolved in Stockholm, Sweden.
